Het cadeauwoord: laatste oefening

Groep 6Spelling · Blok 5, week 2 · les 410 min, zonder scherm

Lesdoel: "Ik kan het cadeauwoord goed schrijven."

Zo coacht u: tijd, werkwoordelijk gezegde en onderwerp

Vandaag was de laatste oefening van het cadeauwoord (Cadeauwoord. Ik schrijf e a u.), opnieuw zonder categoriekaart.

  2. Zeg welk werkwoord of welke werkwoorden in de zin staan en in welke tijd de zin staat: tegenwoordige, verleden of voltooide tijd.
VraagWelk werkwoord staat erin? In welke tijd staat de zin?
  3. Het werkwoordelijk gezegde (wwg) is de persoonsvorm en alle andere werkwoorden in de zin. Onderstreep het.
VraagWelke werkwoorden staan er? Welk woord is de persoonsvorm?

Ik schrijf e a u. (chapeau ook: Chefwoord. Ik schrijf c h. · niveau ook: Kilowoord. The cadeau word: last practice

Year group 6Spelling · Block 5, week 2 · lesson 410 min, no screens

Learning goal: "I can write the cadeau word correctly."

How you coach: tense, verbs and subject

Today was the last practice of the cadeauwoord (cadeau word: Cadeauwoord. Ik schrijf e a u.), again without the category card. Your child wrote a dictation with a sentence, said which tense a sentence is in and found the werkwoordelijk gezegde (all the verbs) and the subject.

  • Let your child explain. You listen and ask more.
  • Ask, but do not give the answer. Not even if you know it.
  • Praise the method, not just the answer.
  1. Listen to the word and say it back. Think of the category and the rule in your head.
AskWhich category is this? What is the rule?
  2. Say which verb or verbs are in the sentence and which tense the sentence is in: present, past or perfect tense.
AskWhich verb is in it? Which tense is the sentence in?
  3. The werkwoordelijk gezegde (wwg) is the persoonsvorm (finite verb) plus all the other verbs in the sentence. Underline it.
AskWhich verbs are there? Which word is the finite verb?
  4. The onderwerp (ond, subject): ask who or what + the finite verb. Circle it.
AskWho or what … (say the finite verb)?

Words in bold are the Dutch words your child uses in class.

Practise together at the table

  1. Read each word aloud once; your child says it back and writes it down, without the book: chapeau · het niveau · het plateautje.Ask: which category or categories are in it? What is the rule?
  2. Read aloud and ask which tense the sentence is in: ‘Ik luister naar de radio.’ · ‘Heb je de pizza besteld?’ · ‘De juf schreef een brief.’ · ‘Mijn broer fietst naar school.’Ask: which verb is in it?
  3. Read aloud: ‘Mijn oma heeft een taart gebakken.’ Your child underlines the werkwoordelijk gezegde and circles the subject.Ask: which verbs are in it?
  4. Category game: you name a category (cadeauwoord, taxiwoord, caféwoord); your child names a word and the rule. Then you swap.Ask: how do you check the word?

How did it go?

Tip from the teacher

  • A sentence with an auxiliary verb (heeft, heb, ben, is) and a past participle is in the perfect tense: Ik heb gegeten.
  • The werkwoordelijk gezegde can consist of more than one verb, such as is gesprongen.
Answers for the parent: 1: all three Cadeauwoord. Ik schrijf e a u. (chapeau also: Chefwoord. Ik schrijf c h. · niveau also: Kilowoord. Ik schrijf i. · plateautje: diminutive, then tje at the end) · 2: present tense (luister) · perfect tense (heb besteld) · past tense (schreef) · present tense (fietst) · 3: werkwoordelijk gezegde: heeft gebakken; onderwerp: mijn oma · 4: own words
