Zo coacht u: het dictee zonder categoriekaart

Uw kind oefende vandaag opnieuw het cadeauwoord (Cadeauwoord. Ik schrijf e a u.) met nieuwe woorden. Het dictee maakte uw kind zonder categoriekaart en met het staalboek dicht. Ook bedacht uw kind taxiwoorden en zocht in een zin het bijvoeglijk naamwoord en het zelfstandig naamwoord.

  • Laat uw kind vertellen. U luistert en vraagt door.
  • Vraag, maar zeg het antwoord niet voor. Ook niet als u het weet.
  • Prijs de aanpak, niet alleen het antwoord.
  1. Luister naar het woord en zeg het na.
    VraagWelk woord hoorde je? Zeg het nog eens.
  2. Denk in je hoofd aan de categorie en aan de regel. Er ligt geen categoriekaart en het staalboek is dicht.
    VraagWelke categorie is dit? Wat is de regel?
  3. Zit er meer dan één categorie in het woord? Zeg ze allemaal. Een samenstelling: zeg per deel de categorie.

  4. Schrijf het woord op, zonder categorienummer. Een samenstelling krijgt een sterretje ervoor.

Samen oefenen aan tafel

  1. Lees elk woord één keer voor; uw kind zegt het na en schrijft het op, zonder boek: het kaasplateau · chapeau · de taxi.Vraag: welke categorie is dit? Wat is de regel?
  2. Taxiwoorden bedenken: uw kind noemt drie woorden met een x en zegt bij elk de categorie en de regel.Vraag: wat is de regel? Hoe controleer je het woord?
  3. Lees voor: ‘De kleine hond slaapt op een zachte deken.’ Uw kind omcirkelt de bijvoeglijke naamwoorden en kleurt de zelfstandige naamwoorden.Vraag: welke woorden zeggen iets over de hond en de deken?
  4. Lees voor: ‘Mijn buurvrouw bewaart de sleutel.’ Uw kind zoekt de persoonsvorm, het werkwoordelijk gezegde en het onderwerp.Zeg de zin als vraag: welk woord komt vooraan?

  • Een taxiwoord is alleen een woord met een x. Controleer dus of het woord echt een x heeft.
  • Zonder categoriekaart: laat uw kind eerst de regel in zijn hoofd zeggen en dan pas schrijven.

How you coach: the dictation without the category card

Today your child practised the cadeauwoord (cadeau word: Cadeauwoord. Ik schrijf e a u.) again with new words. Your child did the dictation without the category card and with the Staal book closed. Your child also thought of taxiwoorden (words with an x) and found the adjective and the noun in a sentence.

  • Let your child explain. You listen and ask more.
  • Ask, but do not give the answer. Not even if you know it.
  • Praise the method, not just the answer.
  1. Listen to the word and say it back.
    AskWhich word did you hear? Say it again.
  2. Think of the category and the rule in your head. There is no categoriekaart (category card) and the staalboek (Staal book) is closed.

  3. More than one category in the word? Say them all. A compound word: say the category for each part.
